Aruna Quadri, Nigeria and African champion has crashed out of the Rio Olympics 2016 after suffering a 4-0 defeat to China’s star and world number one Ma Long, in the Men’s Singles category which took place earlier this morning.
Quadri became the first African to reach the quarterfinals of men’s singles event at the Olympic game. His wonderful journey in the singles tournament however came to an end with a dominant defeat (11-4, 11-2, 11-6, 11-7). Sorry Quadri till next time.
