Dear Hushpuppi,

We are musicians not paupers. Who exactly do you think you are to open your mouth and insult a musician that sweats day and night in the studio?
You have no credibility, no known source of income and yet you come on social media to attack hard working Nigerian musicians with traceable wealth.
Let’s face it, I think we’ve had enough of this nonsense and disrespect form you. Really, What do you do for a living, what is your talent, how did you make your money, what brand do you represent? I will take it upon myself to raise a petition against you. We want to know your source of income since you know now have the nerves to come on social media and call out a brand. Who is your father, are you a taxable Nigerian. We need to start asking questions and the EFCC @officialefcc needs to start paying more ‘Attention To detail’.

Kidnapper Evans Files Fresh Suit Against Police, Seeks N300m In Damages

Suspected billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike aka Evans, has again dragged the Inspector General of Police, and three
others before a Federal High Court in Lagos over his alleged illegal detention.

In the new suit filed on Thursday, Evans is claiming N300m as general and exemplary damages against the police for alleged illegal detention and unconstitutional media trial.
Joined as respondents in his new originating motion are the Nigeria Police Force, the Commissioner of Police Lagos State and the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, Lagos State Police Command.

Evans had on June 28 filed an ex parte application with reference number FHC/L/CS/1012/2017, before the same court, seeking an order directing the respondents to charge him to court.

He had also in the alternative sought an order directing the respondents to release him unconditionally where no charge is preferred against him.

In an affidavit deposed to by his father, Mr Stephen Onwuamadike, it was averred that the applicant has been subjected to media trial without any court order by the respondents.

Onwuamadike further averred that the media trial and news orchestrated by the respondents have continued to generate reactions in both print and electronic media without his son being afforded fair hearing before a court of law.
Evans contended that his continued detention by the respondents since June 10, without a charge, or release on bail, is an infringement on his fundamental rights.

In his new suit also marked FHC/L/CS/1012/ 2017 and with the same persons as respondents, the applicant is seeking a declaration that his continued detention since June 10 without arraignment, violates his fundamental rights as guaranteed under the 1999 Constitution.

He is also seeking a declaration that his parade on June 11 before journalists in Lagos, at the Lagos Police Command Headquarters in Ikeja, without any court order, is unconstitutional and illegal.

He is consequently, seeking an order, compelling the respondents to immediately arraign him before a law court, or release him from custody forthwith.

‘Evans’’ is also seeking an order, compelling the respondents to jointly and severally, pay him the sum of N300m as exemplary damages for illegal detention and alleged harm caused by the alleged media trial.

The suspect is also seeking an order of perpetual injunction, restraining the respondents from further arresting, detaining, harassing, investigating or inviting him in relation to the facts of his case.

He is also seeking further orders as the court may deem fit, to make in the circumstances.

No date has been fixed for hearing in his latest suit.

Police Raid Venue Of Messi’s Wedding In Rosario

Police officers and tax inspectors have carried out a court-ordered search at a casino, which is inside the hotel where Lionel Messi will get married this weekend.

They, however, denied any connection with the wedding.

The raid which took place on Wednesday at the City Center hotel and casino complex in Rosario, Argentina, was authorized by federal judge Marcelo Baylaque, amid an investigation of alleged tax evasion by magnate Cristobal Lopez.

“We are working exclusively with the casino,” Carlos Vaudagna, the regional director of the Federal Administration of Public Revenue, said.
“The hotel is not involved and this will not affect Friday’s event in any way.
“It was just a coincidence that we came a few days prior [to the wedding], we had the judicial request a month ago but were just granted permission now.
“We came to seize video monitoring tape related to subjects who we believe in 2015 received financial gain or earnings of more than $6,000 in daily [casino] winnings.”

Kenyan Woman sentenced to death after she was caught with drugs in her Vagina

A Malaysian High Court on Sunday, 28th of May sentenced a Kenyan woman to death after she was found guilty of trafficking methamphetamine four years ago.

The mother of three was arrested on November 30, 2013, at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport after arriving from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Malaysian Daily Express reports that Rose Achieng Ojala had stuffed three capsules of the drug into her private part and swallowed another 68 capsules, all weighing about 400gm.
On the day she was arrested, an Immigration officer noticed that she was behaving suspiciously during the regular luggage inspection.
While she was being searched, the immigration officer found three capsules of methamphetamine weighing more than 20g in her underwear.
The woman, who claimed she was pregnant, was later taken to the Serdang Hospital, where an X-ray examination revealed that she had swallowed 68 capsules of the drug weighing more than 380gm.
She confessed to the immigration officer that it was her boyfriend who had stuffed the capsules into her private parts before she boarded the flight.

It was also reported that the single mother who allegedly suffered from Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), had fainted before the proceedings and had to be taken into the courtroom in a wheelchair.

In convicting Ojala, the judge said the prosecution had proved the case beyond reasonable doubt.
“You are found guilty and there is no other punishment under Section 39(B) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1962 except the death sentence,” he said.

Why thousands of people in Manchester are getting bee tattoos

Manchester, England, is still in shock following last week's suicide bomb attack at an Ariana Grande concert in the city.
A tribute concert for the victims is planned for Sunday, with Ariana Grande performing again, joined by Katy Perry, Pharrell Williams and other stars.
But hundreds of people across Manchester have found another way to symbolize their solidarity with the victims: getting a tattoo.
And the image many of them have chosen is a worker bee.
James Davis is a tattoo artist at Alchemy Tattoo Studio in nearby Wigan, one of the studios that first began offering bee tattoos after the attack and donating the proceeds to the victims and their families. He has been amazed at the response from the local community.

He, however, warned poultry farmers against illegal vaccination of birds, saying that it was a deadly alternative to the control of the disease.

THINGS ALL MEN SHOULD KNOW ABOUT WOMEN

It’s always a good idea to be totally open to your wife. Let her know your plans, movements, visions and thinking. This will help her to connect well with you and get along with you as your wife and Mother of the house.

Despite the facts that you should be totally open to your wife, there are 9 secrets that you should never reveal to your Wife. Let me open your eyes to them here:

1) BAD THINGS YOUR MOTHER SAID ABOUT HER:

Maybe before you married her or after your wedding, your Parents might have told you some things they don’t like about your wife for one reason or the other.

You have to be careful the way you talk to her about what they said. You may correct her without telling her who said what or say it in such a way that she will not get hurt by their words.

If you say it the way they said it, you may create eternal enmity between them.11 Secrets Man Should Never Reveal To His Wife

2) BAD THINGS YOUR FAMILY SAID ABOUT HER:

Like your Parents, your siblings, Uncles, Aunties etc might have said some negative things about your wife in the past, handle this with care, lest you create a battle that may outlive you between them.

3) YOUR TERRIFYING DREAMS:

It is very easy for a woman to wake her husband up to tell him about her nightmares and terrible dreams. 11 Secrets Man Should Never Reveal To His Wife

It’s not bad for a woman to say this to her husband, but it is not always good for a man to share terrible dreams with his wife that may not allow her to sleep.

You can tell her to pray or pray together concerning the dreams but avoid giving her the graphic details, lest you scare her. 11 Secrets Man Should Never Reveal To His Wife

4) HOW YOUR FRIENDS REALLY FEEL ABOUT HER:

You friends might say unkind words about her.If you relay it the way they presented it; your house may become a no-go area for such friend.

5) YOUR DIRTY FEELINGS ABOUT HER:

Avoid speaking out your negative thought about her when you fight If you utter all that is in your mind in time of conflict, you will hurt your wife greatly and destroy your home

6) GIRLS THAT ARE EYEING YOU:

Once in a while, you may notice some ladies who are really after you and see you as their source of “crush” despite the fact that you are married. You don’t just go ahead to tell your wife about this, for a lady to show interest in you may not necessarily means she is after you.So, be careful. If you tell your wife about it, she may not handle It rightly and can begin to suspect you and fight the innocent lady.

7) HOW YOU REALLY FEEL ABOUT HIS MUM:

Her Mum may not be behaving very well by your standard, but that is how she’s been behaving and raised the damsel that you married. So, it will be bad to tell your Wife that her Mother or Father are not well behaved.

cool HOW WHAT PEOPLE SAID REALLY HURTS YOU:

Some people will say something that will hurt you greatly. Please, avoid saying how it hurts shedding tears in the process. If you end up forgiven the person your wife may never forgive somebody that makes her husband cries.

9) HOW WHAT PEOPLE DID GREATLY Hurt YOU:

Just like the case above, people will do something that hurts you, but must avoid sensationalizing it to your wife. Please, always downplay your hurt so as to make it easy for your wife to forgive people.

10) NAMES OF GIRLS YOU HAD SLEPT WITH:

It will be totally wrong to show her the list of those you slept with before you met your wife. She doesn’t need that information, they are your Ex, please move on

11) PAST SEXUAL ENJOYMENT:

Likewise, you need not tell her what you enjoy in other ladies to motivate her to perform better in the bedroom, that will be very wrong.

What do you think about this other Prom outfit?

Well, if her parents let her out of the house dressed like this, then
