The rapper tweeted: "I am now defenceless and mentally defeated and I leave gracefully and thankful I luh my fanz but I'm done."
He didn't clarify whether he was quitting the industry altogether, or just as a rapper.
The 33-year-old added he didn't want "sympathy".
