Aisha Buhari rocks $2,600 Salvatore Ferragamo cape to Belgium

Wife of President Buhari, Aisha, departed for Belgium today rocking a Salvatore Ferragamo multicolored zig zag cape which goes for $2,600 about N1.183 million going by today's exchange rate.
